We know you're excited to get your new pins, so we ship super fast - the same or next working day ! You'll receive a tracking number when your order is shipped.




When will my order arrive?


LITHUANIA CUSTOMERS • Standard Delivery – This service usually takes 1-5 working days. EU CUSTOMERS • Standard Delivery – This service usually takes 7-12 working days. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS • Standard Delivery – This service usually takes 14-21working days.




Do you accept international orders?


Of course! We ship worldwide. International customers will be responsible for paying any customs fees or duties charged upon import. We know absolutely nothing about these fees, so if you have any questions about fees or duties, please contact your country’s customs department or postal service.




How much does it cost to ship to [insert your city here] ?


We offer free delivery in Lithuania. We charge €4 for international orders, but you will get FREE SHIPPNG if you buy 3 pins or more !




Is your webshop secure?


Yes! We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is only used to contact you about your order. Your credit card information is never stored.




Do Make Heads Turn do custom pins ?


We've been thrilled to work with events, companies, museums to create custom pins. Please shoot us an email at info@makeheadsturn.lt with your ideas and we can chat about feasibility. 100 pcs is our minimum quantity for custom orders.

Does Make Heads Turn offer the option to sell on consigment ?


We are accepting new wholesale accounts and only work on wholesale basis. While I understand this can be difficult for some business I have found this to be the most clean cut process when working with both national and international retailers.

What is your refund and exchange policy ?


If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please message us within 14 days of your order. All inquiries can be sent to info@makeheadsturn.lt We will gladly refund you or process an exchange on any faulty item that was overlooked. Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery, where the defection is clearly visible and our team will contact you immediately. After we have discussed the details of your refund or exchange, we ask that you ship the item(s) back before the refund is processed. The shipping at the customer's expense.
