About Chantarelles
Chanterelles are part of an order of approximately 300 species of mushrooms. Thanks to its yellow cap and abundance in the Nordic countries, it's easy to recognise. However, the species has drastically declined and become rare in several European countries.
This edible mushroom is a delicacy, even nicknamed 'forest gold'. It thrives in deciduous- and coniferous forests. It occasionally appears in the Nordic fell's downy birch forests, although this is less common.
Keyrings – an Accessory, a Personal Expression, or a Lucky Charm
Some believe that decorative keyrings originate from lucky charms and amulets'such as rabbit's feet, believed to bring luck in various cultures, or scarab beetles, symbols of existence, development, and efficiency in ancient Egypt. With the patenting of the keyring fastener in 1894, these two concepts gradually intertwined.
Today, keyrings are available for purchase as souvenirs at tourist destinations worldwide. Companies frequently use them as branded giveaways. They have also become accessories that reflect individual tastes and styles.
